Everyone knows someone like this, though, but recognizing them might be difficult. People can be low-key in one group and high-key in others. If you've ever just lost track of someone and realized that they bounced then you've experienced probably the most annoying habit of Low-Key people. Wall Flowering Another form of camouflage that allows the Low-Key person to maneuver through crowds with ease, observing the events of a party without anyone even realizing they exist. There are people drinking, dancing, fighting, and making out all around them. Most likely the low-key indivdual is just trying to spot someone they know while not bumping into any of the drunk menagerie around them. Good listeners The low-key individual will most likely be a good listener. It comes with the territory whether they think other people are more interesting to talk about than themselves, or they just find talking exhausting. Low key people will politely, and quietly listen to people while making strong eye contact so that the person speaking knows they're being heard. Polite to pretty much everybody Low-key people avoid drama through a series of complex maneuvers they use at their own personal discretion. The most versatile of these tools is politeness. It is very hard to start problems with someone who is just generally respectful of people and nice to pretty much everyone. That doesn't mean there aren't exceptions to the rule, however, and if the low-key person feels threatened you can be sure that they will most likely vacate the area. She believes in women with all of the fire inside of her, but it is hard for her to offer support when people are making fools of themselves and disguising it as feminism. The fact of the matter is that women possess qualities that men don't and men possess qualities that women don't. Plus, no one sees men parading the streets in penis costumes complaining that they don't get to carry their own fetus for nine months. She really loves and values women. She is incredibly proud to be a woman. She knows the amount of power than a woman's presence alone can hold. She sees when a woman walks into a room and makes the whole place light up. She wants equality, too She has seen the fundamental issues in the corporate world, where women and men are not receiving equal pay. She doesn't cheer on the businesses that don't see women and men as equivalents. But she does recognize that if she works her butt off, she can be as successful as she wants to. She hates creeps just as much as you do. Just because she isn't a feminist does not mean that she is cool with the gruesome reality that 1 in 5 women are sexually abused. In fact, this makes her stomach turn inside out to think about. She knows and loves people who have been through such a tragedy and wants to put the terrible, creepy, sexually charged criminals behind bars just as bad as the next woman. There is a reason she is ashamed of 2018's version of feminism. She looks at and is miserably blown away by modern feminism's performance. Not only have women in the past won themselves the right to vote, but also the right to buy birth control and have credit cards in their names and EVEN saw marital rape become a criminal offense. She isn't going to dress in a lady parts costume to prove a point. This leaves her speechless. It is like the women around her have absolutely lost their minds and their agendas, only lessening their own credibility. But for reasons beyond myself, Republican Alabama voters keep voting against their own needs and against the needs of others in the state. This is not a valid email, please try again. I voted no on Amendment One, the one allowing the Ten Commandments because the First Amendment of the Constitution states Americans have religious freedoms. A went up in Arkansas earlier this year in protest of the Ten Commandments that went up in 2017. If these state properties in Alabama allow for these Christian-based rules to be posted, does this mean that all religions will have representation on state properties? Alabama is right in the middle of the and seems to only want to recognize Christian-based faiths and has a disregard for anyone else who doesn't believe in the same God as them. Alabama has, since I've been alive, had a problem recognizing that their religious faith is not the only one that exists. Amendment One only keeps these religious divisions intact. Your religious beliefs are valid, just like everybody else's. There is no real certainty when it comes to religion. Christian-based faiths could be right, Muslim-based faiths could be right. We don't know for sure. I have always been pro-choice in the instances of rape, incest and other extreme cases of unexpected and unwanted pregnancy. However, what a woman does with her body is none of my business. It seems to me — and this is not just in Alabama but it does apply here — that those who are against abortion are only in favor of a child's right to live while they are still a fetus. This does not go for everybody, but it does go for the majority I have met and have seen posts from on social media. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll see Alabama change any time soon and that's heartbreaking for me. Knowing the place I have spent the last 21 years of my life would rather stay in the past and vote for a party rather than the person upsets me. It upsets me to know that as a bisexual college-aged woman, there are people in this state that want to vote against rights that I have now or believe I should have never gained those rights. It's time to take control and change the way this state functions. I know I am not alone in these thoughts and I know that we are the minority in this mindset. And while Alabama did not surprise me in the midterms, the rest of the country did. That's what makes me hopeful for the upcoming elections.
